Bookkeeping services in Guyana
Bookkeeping is the monthly work of recording what the business earned and paid. Oma Solutions does that for businesses in Georgetown and across Guyana, using the invoices, receipts, and bank records you send.
The books are the base for later statements. We agree how often we update them. We do not describe bookkeeping as a way to guarantee a lower tax bill.
What you receive
- Recording of sales, purchases, and bank movements for the agreed period
- A monthly pack you can read
- Questions where a document does not match the bank
- Records that can feed a later set of financial statements
How the work proceeds
- We agree the monthly cycle and who sends the documents.
- We record the period and flag items that need an explanation.
- We share the monthly pack with you.
- We carry open questions into the next cycle until they are resolved.

Questions
How often are the books updated?
Usually monthly. We set the day you send documents and the day you receive the pack.
Do you need accounting software I do not have?
We agree the system at the start. If you already keep records somewhere, we use those rather than asking you to start again without a reason.
